- Al's Maskman model in Resident Evil Outbreak is slightly different from the version in File #2, indicating a design change during the production of File #2. The Outbreak version of the model lacks the infected patch of skin on the left side of the stomach and has a muscle mass similar to that of Al:B
- Al:B also is different in Outbreak, however the only real difference with him is that he lacks the infected patch of skin.
