Decoder II (ハッキング装置２ Hakkingu sōchi 2) is a Resource-type Equipment unlockable for Survivors in 2020's Resident Evil: Resistance. It costs 5EP to assign to the player, and is classed as "Mid-Tier" ("Rare" in Japan). Decoder II was made available on June 12, 2020 as part of the Prison update.[1]
