Keith was a doctor in Raccoon City at the time of the viral outbreak. Whether he worked for Umbrella or the General Hospital is not known.^[1]

Gameplay

Keith's character skin can only be accessed through cheat devices such as GameSharks. He is a George-type character and starts with three Recovery Pills.

Keith's stats are as follows:

• Running speed similar to George
• Low vitality (between 1300 and 1900)
• Weak attack power
• Slow infection rate (1.01% per minute)

Further notes

• He is named Doctor4 in File 1. However, despite this he is actually listed before the other doctors in the game's internal list. (Keith is in Hex slot 4A while the others are 83, 85, and 87 respectively.The slots between those three are their zombie versions. Keith lacks a zombie version.)
