The Lounge is a location in the Resident Evil 2 remake[1] and Resident Evil Requiem.
Description
The Lounge is the link between the Library and the corridor that leads to the Linen Room, S.T.A.R.S. office and Shower Room. It's possible to see the Reception from behind the Unicorn statue.
Guide
The Unicorn Medallion that is used in the Main Hall is found in this room by inputting the symbols in the Officer's Notebook file (Two Fish, Scorpion, Jar) in the [1st] run and the Scrap of Paper file (Twins, Scale, Worm) in the [2nd] run.
The Police Station Upper Floors Map is also in this room to the right of the unicorn statue, and a Gunpowder is on the other side of the room directly in front of the same statue, in the [2nd] run, this Gunpowder is replaced with a Tin Storage Box with the Film: "Lion Statue" inside.
In Resident Evil Requiem, shooting the ladder from the Reception to extend it down will allow the player to enter this location to explore the second floor of the ruins of the station.
Further notes
- In an early draft shown in the Resident Evil 2: Roundtable Part 1 video, the Unicorn statue is displayed falling down from this room to the Reception, which alludes to the Unicorn debris item that remains unused within the game files.
