Sally meets the orphanage's director a man named Brian Irons, who is also the Chief of Police.

|
It's been 2 months since Oliver was 'adopted'. Tom, his best friend, misses him and decides to send a letter to his new address and never receives a response.

Annette Birkin tells the orphan kids a horror story, She says that the adopted kids are turn into food for the "boogie men".

A horde of zombies attack the station, some survivors are able to escape by closing the emergency shutters.

Around 1PM, a mob breaks into the station's west side, 12 people die.

|
Only four people remain alive at the station, David Ford, Elliot Edward, Marvin Branagh and Rita Phillips. Elliot follows Rita's lead on the secret passage under the Goddess statue.

|
Leon S. Kennedy makes a stop in a gas station to refuel, there he witness a sheriff named Daniel Cortini being eaten alive by a zombie.

| Claire Redfield stops at the same gas station to contact her best friend, after doing so she is attacked by zombies who are surrounding the gas station, she runs into the convenience store and is saved by Leon.

| Leon and Claire are separated in a car accident, they both decide to head to the Police station but through different paths.

Leon arrives at the station and sees Elliot on the CCTV.

|
Leon fails to save Elliot but he obtains a notebook containing info on how-to open the secret passage.

| Leon is saved by Marvin, after a short talk Leon is given the task to open the secret passage.

| Leon encounters Claire but is unable to open a gate separating them. shortly after, they separate again as zombies start to invade the station.

| September 30th
|
Leon finally enters the secret passage, after a short walk through RPD's underground facility he encounters the mutated William Birkin for the first time.
|
| Leon meets Ada Wong who claims to be a FBI agent. She's looking for a reporter named Ben Bertoluci.

|
Raccoon City is destroyed by the U.S. Military via a missile.
