Veltro Key Card is a key item in Resident Evil: Revelations.

Purpose

It is used to unlock electronically secured doors and wall safes aboard the Queen Zenobia. Many of these safes contain Illegal Custom Parts.

Location

It can be found during Episode 6-2 in the Observation Deck area after defeating the Draghignazzo. The item is located in a storage room accessed via a ladder, resting on a crate near the top.
