Patrick (パトリック, Patorikku^?) is a rookie U.S. agent with very little experience in intelligence activities.^[1]

Biography

Patrick recently joined the agency and was a rookie with little experience. He considered Leon Scott Kennedy to just be lucky in joining the agency, and admired Jason for his heroism act in Penamstan during the civil war in 2000.

Penamstan Conspiracy Incident (2006)

In 2006, the White House saw a hacking incident where a top secret file was stolen. Four agents were invited to investigate the incident while being overseen by President Graham himself, his Chief of Staff, Ryan, and his Defense Secretary, Wilson. The meeting took place in the Oval Office without Kennedy due to him recently responding to a terrorist incident in Pittsburgh. The power went out and the back-ups generator failed to turn on, they suspected the mole from the previous night was still in the building. They left the Oval Office to search for the mole, with Patrick running into Press Secretary Spacer, who was mauled by an unidentified assailant. When Spacer went into cardiac arrest, Patrick prepared to resuscitate him only for Spacer to reanimated and attacked the unprepared Patrick. He was almost bitten until Kennedy saved him. Kennedy, Shen Mei and Jason began scouring the White House for BOWs extermination, while Patrick was sent down into the bunker as Graham's protection with Metro SWAT called in as back-up as a precaution.

Sometime later, while the stage was being prepared for the conference between the United States and Penamstan, Patrick received a call from Kennedy who told him of Wilson's meddling and involvement from his investigation. As Graham ready to gave his speech, Patrick stopped and informed him of Wilson's involvement, resulting in Graham setting aside Wilson's prepared speech and talked of his adoration for the Penamstani people for laying down their arms for a better future. Later, Patrick caught Kennedy, and commended him for his survival in the submarine, the underground facility and how he saved everyone and helped the president to steer the country to the right path but Kennedy told him he was just lucky.
