The USB Dongle Key is a key item in the Resident Evil 2 remake.
Purpose
As the USB dongle, it allows access to the Armory inside the S.T.A.R.S office by placing it in the computer at the office, which gives the Lightning Hawk for Leon and MQ 11 for Claire.
As the badge, it opens the S.T.A.R.S. weapon case located at the Underground Stairs (Lower).
Location
This item is obtained by examining the back side of the S.T.A.R.S. Badge, it will turn the badge into the USB. It can also be turned back into the badge.
